This month in my Evening Standard Column, where I am the resident cosmetic medical expert, I discussed treatments for facial sagging.

A large number of patients who visit my Moorgate Clinic do so to improve the “pulled down” look of their face and jowls or their neck sagging.

Over time, as gravity and collagen loss take their toll, the skin's underlying structure descends leaving dropping undesired jowls, a saggy neck and a less taught appearance of the skin.
