Results
- No guarantee of results can be made . Individual results may vary for person to person . Dr Leah clinics have a no refund policy on any treatments preformed. Images which may have been shown in consultation or have seen online, are examples of patient outcomes and results differ.
- I understand that if I have any complications or require an additional review, I will be expected to attend the emergency clinic site at my own expense. ( please note, this may not be the clinic you attended for treatment)
Treatment contraindications
During your consultation, your medical history will be assessed and any contraindications to treatment will be discussed. Please note, only our rehydrating, skin brightening facial (LED) can be bookable for those currently pregnant or breastfeeding. All other treatments are not deemed suitable during this time.Treatment courses
All treatment courses must be paid in full prior to starting your treatments and have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Any treatments left unused after 12 months will be automatically redeemed. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or fail to show up to your appointment, you will forfeit the treatment if it is part of a treatment package.Package refunds
Courses of treatments are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the client and Dr Leah Clinics is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance. The difference will be the refunded amount.Bookings and deposits
CANCELLATION POLICY DEPOSIT - We hold a strict 48-hour cancellation policy at Dr Leah Clinics. Please see full details below:- In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit for practitioner and Doctor appointments. For consultations with Dr. Leah, we require a £150 deposit which is not refundable or redeemable on the day. Consultations with our dermatologist are £150 which is not refundable or redeemable on the day.
- Should you wish to cancel your appointment 48-hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be fully refundable. Should you decide to reschedule 48-hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be secure and will remain on your account until your next visit. Any deposits which have not been redeemed or utilised within 12 months of booking, will automatically expire and will be forfeited without notice.
- Whilst we completely understand the issues with childcare - in the interest of keeping the clinic as safe as possible, we request you refrain from bringing your children with you to an appointment. Bringing your child/children to an appointment, will result in your appointment being cancelled and the deposit/treatment being forfeited.
- If you fail to attend an appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit or treatment from your course will be forfeited. If you cannot reach us or the Clinic is closed, please leave us a voice message on 0207 877 5999 or email us at: info@drleah.co.uk.
- You must notify us either via email or phone if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48-hours in order for your deposit to be refundable. Cancellations under any circumstances including sickness, COVID-19, or request to amend your appointment after this time frame will result in your full booking deposit being lost and you will forfeit the treatment if it is part of a treatment package.

Booking deposit
The following services require a booking deposit that is non-refundable or redeemable. You must notify us either via email or phone if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48-hours in order for your deposit to be refundable.- Dermatology Consultation and singular mole check with Dermascope - £150
- Hyalase Consultations (to dissolve/correct filler) - £200 (any doctor)
- Emsella Consultations - £100 (any doctor except Dr Leah)
- Thread-Lift / Dr Leah Lift Consultation - £100 (any doctor except Dr Leah)
- All Consultations with Dr Leah - £150
- Aqualyx consultation - £50 (any Doctor except Dr Leah)
- Lanluma consultation - 50% of total treatment cost
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to your appointment in order for your deposit to be refunded in full.
All full-body laser hair removal appointments also require 5 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to attend your appointment, or cancellations made within 5 days of your scheduled treatment—including those due to illness or requests to amend your appointment within this timeframe—will result in the loss of your booking deposit under all circumstances.
Treatment suitability
Dr. Leah Clinics reserves the right to refuse treatment if the doctor deems the client unsuitable, this can be on the day of treatment or at any stage of the treatment journey. If you are deemed unsuitable to progress with treatment any fee paid for undelivered treatment(s) (including deposit for treatment) will be refunded to you in full. In the event you are unsuitable to progress to treatment consultation fee’s will not be refunded. Any additional costs you may incur e.g. travel will not be compensated.Consultations
Consultations are valid for a period of 6 months.
