What does the facial involve?

We are delighted to be able to offer women a breakthrough treatment to tighten pelvic floor muscles and treat urinary incontinence. The Emsella is highly effective, safe and does NOT involve taking your clothes off or any intimate examination. 

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE EMSELLA?
The Emsella is an advanced medical device which simply looks like a chair, you sit on it fully clothed and it uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles. This stimulation tightens the pelvic floor muscles, helping to alleviate incontinence. Each 28 minute session on the chair (you will need 6 in total) is the equivalent of 11,000 pelvic floor tenses!

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Initially you will come in for FREE consultation with one of our female doctors, who will be able to explain the process and how much improvement you can expect to achieve. Please note that NO vaginal examination is carried out.

Opening of new luxurious Baker Street Clinic is the latest leap for Dr Leah Cosmetic Skin Clinics

We are extremely excited to announce that Dr Leah Cosmetic Skin Clinics has continued its meteoric success story and opened a brand-new luxurious clinic in the heart of Marylebone.

The latest addition to the Dr Leah Clinic portfolio is an impressive 1700sq foot and houses a dedicated surgical facility.

The two story, state of the art Baker Street clinic will become our flagship clinic within the chain and will be offering a variety of new, more advanced treatments including hair transplants, mole removal and female health treatments such as vaginal treatments for stress urinary incontinence. In addition, the clinic will now feature the new 3D-ultimatepro, the innovative new equipment used for fat reduction and body contouring. Other non-surgical treatments also available include facials, anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler and thread lift treatments.

What is Ultrasound Cavitation (Inch Loss)?

Do you want to reduce fat? Do you want a smaller, more defined waist or slimmer thighs? Cavitation can help you to lose inches and lose weight visibly and immediately. Ultrasound cavitation is a 3D liposuction treatment that reduces body fat safely, efficiently and non-invasively. We use targeted ultrasonic waves to break down fat cells without harming any other cells in your body.

What does a cavitation treatment envole? 

Before we perform any 3D liposuction procedure, you will have a consultation with your Dr Leah specialist therapist where you can discuss your goals and ask any questions. The procedure itself will involve placing a device on your body that uses ultrasonic waves to target fat cells. A full course consists of at least six cavitation treatments, although some results will be visible straight away.*

How does ultrasound cavitation work? 

The ultrasound waves specifically target the unwanted fat cells in your body, disrupting them to the point where they turn liquid. Once this has been achieved, the fatty liquid will leave your body naturally, without any of the exercise that a standard liposuction procedure would necessitate.*

Aftercare

Do not consume any alcohol or caffeine on the day of your treatment. Avoid heavy meals immediately before and after the procedure. We recommend drinking 1.5 litres of water per day during your course of cavitation treatments.
