"Sophie, a 30-year-old PA, from London, was unhappy with her bum and wasn't seeing any difference by going to the gym.

Keen to get a more curvy shape, seen on celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian, she decided to have two vials of the Lanluma treatment injected into her hip area - costing £1,900.

She told Dr Leah Clinics: 'I was not happy about the lack of perkiness in my bum as well as the overall shape. This affected my confidence massively, there is quite a focus in the media around having a perky perfect bum, I just wanted to feel confident with my own beach body.

'I tried to exercise but it didn’t seem to make much difference so I decided to do some research into potential treatments. I knew I would never do something as invasive and risky as a BBL so the idea of the Lanluma bum lift really intrigued me, it seemed so easy and less scary."

What is PRP?

PRP is a brilliant, innovative treatment used to help hair loss and skin concerns, benefiting from the top medical and aesthetic contributions using natural methods, therefore, having no possibility of side effects or allergic reactions. PRP hair treatment will transform your looks, revive your confidence and discover the fix to all your hair and skin concerns.

What does PRP stand for?

PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma. The plasma is taken from the blood using a centrifuge. A blood sample is taken and when spun at high speeds it forces the platelet-rich plasma to separate from the blood, which is then injected into the concerned area. This triggers a natural healing response in the damaged hair follicles. Over a course of 3 treatments, you will notice dramatically improved hair follicles which means faster and thicker hair growth.

Is PRP hair treatment good for alopecia areata?

A study recently published in the British Journal of Dermatology suggests new hope regarding PRP and alopecia. It was proved that PRP has even better results than the usual method of hair regrowth, steroid injections.

PRP uses naturally occurring substances found within the body therefore is usually favored as being a natural and organic treatment for hair loss.

How much does PRP hair treatment cost?

At the Dr Leah Clinic, we offer a course of 3 with our Senior Cosmetic Doctors for £1,800 and a top-up session after that for £600.

For PRP with Dr Leah, we offer a course of 3 for £2,100 and a top-up session for £700.

 What are Hip Dips?

Hip dips are gentle inward curves found below the hips and just above the thighs. Hip dips are often referred to as 'violin hips' and are naturally occurring curves on the body. Having Hip dips can be down to numerous reasons. Firstly, although not obvious on every body, hip dips are part of our natural skeletal physic, however, the prominence of hip dips is down the shape of your bones. Dr Leah Clinics offers a solution to those pesky hip dips, the Lanluma Bum Lift!

How does Lanluma contouring work?

Hip dip enhancement filler is a dermal filler that is injected into the bum. Depending on your area of concern, will be where the Lanluma filler is injected. Lanluma bum injections is a safe procedure that is used in aesthetic medicine for decades. It gives your bum a more rounded and plump appearance, and is also a great solution for filling those hip dips!

Lanluma filler is also outstanding for collagen and elastin production which in turn improves overall skin quality and elasticity.

What happens in a Lanluma (hip dip filler) procedure?

initially, one of our expert cosmetic doctors will encourage you to discuss any concerns, and what results you aim to achieve. They will then assess the areas you are looking to treat and discuss what is possible.

Once you have had a thorough bespoke consultation you will then have numbing cream applied to the treating area. During a Lanluma bum lift, you will also be administered injectable local anaesthesia to ensure that the treatment is as comfortable as possible. Once this has been injected the treatment can commence.

Lanluma is administered via cannula, this prevents any risks of complications and allows the Lanluma to be injected as precisely as possible, ensuring your desired results are achieved.

Once the Lanluma has been injected, the treating doctors will then massage the filler into place, ensuring even distribution of the Lanluma filler.

How many Lanluma Sessions will be required? ( Hip Dip Filler UK )

This is subject to your desired results. Treatments range between 4-8 vials, which dependant on the amount can be spread between up to 3 appointments. Your treating doctor will inform you how many vials are required for your wanted results.

When will I see results, and how long do they last? ( Hip Dip Filler UK )

Results are fully obvious 6 months after the initial procedure, once collagen and elasticity have been fully produced. With results lasting up to two to three years.

What do the results of a Lanluma Bum Lift look like?
